Isaiah 54 Project

ENOPION Theatre Company is launching The Isaiah 54 Project for the Expansion of Programs and Facility Initiative to fulfill the needs for increasing its capacity to proclaim the Word of God in a theatre experience whether in a classroom or a performance. With an ever-growing audience and bursting classroom attendance, we have outgrown our space. This was something that we hoped and prayed for but did not expect to happen so soon.

The name Isaiah 54 Project was chosen from the biblical text found in Isaiah 54 verses 2 and 3; “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes. For you will spread out to the right and to the left”.

The initiative will:

  • Broaden the opportunities to nurture the Christian values in the lives of more children and youth.
  • Expand the Children’s wing, by adding 720 square feet
  • Develop and produce two more original “Faithful Fairytale Series” Theatre for Young Audience.
  • Provide a larger audience space, by adding an additional 134 seats.
  • Develop and create larger future productions
  • Acquire the needed music and media licenses for copyrights and permissions.
  • Increase the stage size from 29’ x 49’ to 52’ x 70’
  • Add additional dressing rooms and gathering spaces both inside and outside.
  • Improve outreach and engagement ability with printing, mailings, advertisement and visitations.
