Welcome to Enopion Theatre, Georgia’s only Bible Theatre Company,
where we bring the Gospel to life on stage!
The Greek origin of the word ENOPION means “within sight of, close enough to see.”
It clearly defines the actions of this theatre company and its creative work
— taking the stories of the Bible to perform them on stage
using the latest technology with original scripts,
for all to truly “see” the truth of God’s love for us.

Enopion began in 1999 as a small traveling theatre company
made up of  four creative Christians.
After three years of touring the southeast,
the decision was made to expand the production.
In 2003 our theatre company became incorporated as a 501(c)3.
Since that time, Enopion has created and produced more than a dozen original plays,
musicals, and dinner theatre productions.

To us, bringing the Word to the stage is truly fulfilling the Great Commission.
We create and perform plays that center on faith, diligence, and hope.
Each original production provides well-crafted and moral entertainment.
Realizing the power of media, ENOPION can boast on its expertise and values
as it strives to continue creating and producing productions that the whole family can enjoy.  

Now in its 23rd season,
ENOPION performs several shows a year in our new location: The Ivory Box Theatre,
and host an audience from all over the United States.
All shows, music, and theatrical techniques are original
and nowhere else will one see such premier Bible theatre but in Augusta, GA.

Our team collaborates to produce well-written scripts,
talented performers, and beautiful handmade scenery
made with love and original music.
Enopion continues to attract audiences from all of the United States
as the only Bible based theatre in Georgia.
