Delivery methods for Tickets

1. Print-at-home – At the time of your purchase,  you will receive your print-at-home ticket by email. And this is your ticket to enter the event. However, if unable to print your ticket you are still able to attend the event. Please visit the check-in table in the Lobby.
2. Will call – Will call tickets may be picked up at any time or on the day of the event. If purchasing for a group, all will call tickets must be picked up at the same time.

Refund policy

Ticket sales are considered final, but we do understand that situations may arise. We have a 2-week cancellation period prior to the Event Date that a full payment may be refunded. For Group Ticket Purchases the same applies even for a partial number of tickets. The same 2-week cancellation period is in place. No other refunds will be given, except in circumstances where the event is canceled or postponed. If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded automatically.
